Director, The Training Effect


Mark founded The Training Effect (TTE) in 2011 and has overseen its growth into a UK wide provider of health and well-being programmes and interventions for schools and local authorities.

He has worked extensively across young persons services, his experience encompasses substance misuse, mental health, therapeutic childcare and youth work. 

Mark has designed and developed multiple intervention programmes for schools and local authorities including Risk-Avert, an award winning independently evaluated programme for primary and secondary schools that address risk-taking behaviours.
