How Arts Subjects can Improve Your School –The Evidence Base

A squeeze on school budgets and the introduction of the EBacc are putting arts subjects under pressure in schools. Research shows that schools with strong arts programmes perform better overall. This workshop will explore the critical contribution that the arts play to the well-being of students and achievement in STEM subjects. Inviting school leaders to help illustrate the workshop, we will talk about why and how the arts can contribute to the success of a healthy happy school.
